| 摘 要： | 高师音乐教育的培养目标,是培养合格的音乐教师.然而今下的音乐教师教育存在许多问题,学校音乐师资不足的现状与某些音乐教育专业毕业生就业难的现象警示我们,不仅要注意音乐专业培养目标的共性,还要体现音乐教师教育的专业培养目标的个性.笔者从教育培养目标、教育模式、课程设置、评价机制、教学方法、扩招后的教育形式等方面对当代音乐教师教育存在的问题进行了剖析,并就问题的解决提出了一些思考.

| Abstract: | The aim of music education in normal universities is to train qualified music teachers.However,there are a lot of problems in today's education music teachers,including the lack of music teachers in universities and the difficulties of music majors in finding jobs.The author analyzes those problems in today's music teachers' training and poses some suggestions to solve the problems as well. |
