工学结合模式下高职教师素质提高途径的探索

摘    要:工学结合教学模式要求高职教师转变角色的同时,对高职教师素质提出更高的要求,而高职教师素质的提高是一个不断发展的过程,需要政府、社会、学校与教师共同努力。国家政府部门应为高职教师素质提高给予政策支持;高职院校应提供条件和帮助;高职教师更应注重自身素质的提高;同时,社会各界也应为高职教师素质提高提供条件,只有多方努力才能真正提高高职教师的素质,以便更好地胜任“工学结合、校企合作”模式下的教学工作。

Abstract:The teaching model of integrating working with learning requires higher vocational teachers to change their roles and improve their professional quality as well. Yet the improvement of voCational teachers is a progressing process, which needs the joint effort of the government, the society, colleges and teachers as well. It is necessary that our government give policy support, the vocational colleges provide the conditions and aids, and vocational teachers focus on self-improvement of the quality. Meanwhile, with sound conditions and efforts given by people of all social circles, the higher vocational teachers would have their professional quality improved so as to be competent in the teaching model of "working-learning integration and school-enterprise cooperation".
