| Abstract: | This paper discusses the fundamental connotation of management based on humanism,and points out that the humanism-based management is a complex systematic engineering.In addition the author discusses the humanism-based management on the level of faculties by analyzing the characters of teaching and the leathers themselves,and explores into the internal relations between humanism-oriented management and teaching management in university. |
