中国茶叶质量安全问题的分析与对策

摘    要:采用综合分析和对比方法对目前中国茶叶生产、加工、贸易、质量安全问题进行了研究和分析,结果表明:中国茶叶的内在质量和安全状况有明显好转,但仍存在着一些的问题,如茶叶中农残、重金属含量、有害微生物、非茶异物和粉尘污染等,分析上述问题产生的原因,提出解决茶叶质量安全问题,提高茶叶品质的对策应从政府、生产者、经营者和消费者四个方面来进行。

Abstract:Tea quality is of vital importance to the nation's reputation and the people's health and has a close relation with the tea exports and tea peasants' economic incomes of the mountain areas.The author has synthetically and comparatively analyzed the current problems in the Chinese tea production,processing,trade and its quality safety.The result is that the Chinese tea internal quality has been obviously improved,but there are still some problems to deal with such as residues of pesticides,contents of heavy metal,harmful microorganism,non-tea materials,and even dust pollutions,etc.Having studied the reasons for the above-mentioned problems,the author holds that some practical counter-measures should be taken from the four aspects: improving the tea quality safety by the government,producers,dealers and consumers.
