| 摘 要： | 德国早期浪漫主义以其历史焦点地位而常招致多重解构。它是一场意义深远的思想运动,其鲜明特色是对法国启蒙运动的反抗,对机械国家和契约国家的反叛,对市民社会失范的批判,核心是对理性主义的不满。早期浪漫主义思想至今尚未被充分认识,但这并不影响其为后起现代化国家和市民社会的建设和发展,为市场经济条件下公利和私利的处置,为公共善与个体权利的融合提供借鉴。
