| Abstract: | Quality education for undergraduate students has aroused general concern and has been attached importance to by our Party and our nation in recent years. In this paper, discussed are four issues concerning UQE: increasing level of understanding and awareness, reforming pedagogy, creating UQE atmosphere, and strengthening teacher training. |
