| 摘 要： | 北京物业管理产业"智慧化"发展战略,将促进物业管理产业发展方式的转变和可持续发展。本文基于北京市物业管理产业的发展现状,从机遇、相关政策和五种竞争力三个层面分析北京物业管理产业"智慧化"发展所遇到的问题。在模式和规模化选择的基础上提出"智慧化"战略。最后,给出北京物业管理产业"智慧化"发展的对策与措施。

| Abstract: | The "wisdom" development strategy is proposed to promote the development pattern and sustainable development for the property management industry in Beijing.Based on the development of property management industry in Beijing,this article analyzes the "wisdom" development problems from three levels of opportunities,related policies and five competitive forces.Based on the development mode and scale selection,the author proposes the "wisdom" strategy.Finally,the article gives some countermeasures about the "wisdom" development of.property management industry in Beijing. |
