北京绿色建筑指标体系及规划实施途径研究

当前,北京经济社会发展处于一个关键时期。转变经济发展方式,改善人们的生活环境刻不容缓。"十二五"期间节能减排任务相当严峻,全市建设3500万平方米绿色建筑急需技术支撑和政策引导。北京的绿色建筑工作充分发挥城市规划统筹引领作用,围绕"四节一环保"这一核心,在理论研究和案例实践的基础上,首次构建了低碳生态规划与绿色建筑相关联的指标体系。

The Index System of Beijing' s Green Building and the Implement Approaches of its Planning

the current economic and social development in Beijing has been in a crucial period,during which the transformation of economic development mode and the improvements of people’s living environment can’t be delayed.During the 12th 5-year planning period,the task of energy saving and emission reduction is quite grim.To build Green Buildings of 35 million square meters in the whole city,the needs of technical support and policy guidance are very urgent.Under the lead and the co-ordinate of Beijing’s urban planning,surrounding the core of "Four Savings and One Protecting",based on theoretical research and case practice,we set up an index system which relates the low-carbon ecological planning to the Green Buildings.
