| 摘 要： | 通过对英国BTEC项目的教学理念、考核方式、质量控制等方面的研究,对BTEC项目的团队建设与管理进行了探索,指出以学生为中心的教学,以能力为主的考核,注重个性发展的人才培养方式更能促进学生的专业能力和素质培养。管理者提高服务质量,正确引领组织文化,建设管理团队对工作的顺利开展起着至关重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Based on the research of the teaching methodology, means of students assessment, quality control of the British BTEC program, the author explores the team building and management. The author concludes that the student-centered teaching, capability-based assessment, and education mode oriented towards students individual development functuion better in students' professional capability building and comprehensive quality enhancement. Furthermore, the author argues that the improvement of service quality, the proper guidance of organization culture construction, and the team building and management play an important role in the task implementation. |
