| 摘 要： | 俄罗斯是一个自然资源储备丰富的大国,其在注重生态立法的同时,也十分关注生态法的实施。俄罗斯生态法的实施有着自己独特之处,而生态社会团体在俄罗斯生态法实施中所起到的社会监督保障作用不可忽视。俄罗斯生态社会团体的发展有着悠久的历史,他们通过行使法律赋予其生态保护的权利和义务保障公民的生态权利和自由,参与具体的生态法律活动,对国家机关、企业、其他社会团体、公民等遵守和执行生态法律的情况进行社会监督,从而构成俄罗斯生态法实施中重要的社会保障力量。

| Abstract: | Russia is a great nation with rich natural resources and she also pays great attention to the implementation of ecology law as she puts stress on ecology legislation.One of the unique characters in the implementation of Russian ecology law is that Russian eco-social groups play a major role.After a long-time development,Russian eco-social groups have become important social-safeguards with power of exercising the right of ecology protection, participating in the concrete legal activities and supervising the actions of state organizations,enterprises,other social groups,citizens and so on. |
