丘陵地区近郊型乡村产居空间耦合类型探讨

为解决乡村产业结构碎片化、土地利用低效化、基础设施低质化壁垒,通过碧云峰村产居空间耦合路径研究发现：利用城乡二元支撑优势,有助于带动近郊型乡村产业立体化、多样化发展;根据现状乡村产居空间特征,在区位条件、地形地貌、产业基础、社会组织及资源禀赋等因素的影响下,建构“N+X”土地复合利用、“1+X”建筑布局的产居空间耦合方式,并综合衡量微整治、微更新、强改造三种规划模式下产居空间耦合的优缺点,提出适宜于近郊型乡村的产居空间耦合布局及发展建设模式,实现乡村可持续发展。
