| 摘 要： | 先秦法家的道德思想将重建社会理想秩序的希望寄托在国君身上;深知“信”的作用,把“信”作为治国的基础;已经感受到人民的力量;为了高尚的目的,有时可以不择手段等特点。从现在来看,我们不宜过度美化他们的成就;中国政治家对中国法律的忠诚不仅应是其最重要的政治品德,也是其基本的道德操守;在法治建设的过程中,必须高度重视社会道德、风俗的培育;必须以正确贯彻“以人为本”思想为最高政治道德准则。
