“整合连贯型”：教师教育模式改革的新探索

长期以来，我国小学教师、初中教师和高中教师的培养培训是分机构、分段进行的。随着中小学教师培养培训机构的整合、基础教育的发展变化以及师范生“所学非所教”等就业问题的凸显，分离式培养小学、初中和高中教师的传统教师教育模式受到了巨大挑战。在此背景下，提出了教师教育要培养贯通整个基础教育而不仅仅是某一阶段的“整合连贯型”师资人才，并对“整合连贯型”教师教育模式改革的基本问题做了探讨。
