| 摘 要： | 20世纪80年代以来,西方各国的劳动力市场发生了根本性的变革。这种变革的总趋势就是对由于实行凯恩斯主义充分就业政策和福利国家政策所形成的刚性劳动力市场,进行新自由主义的灵活化改革。本文集中了分析劳动力市场灵活化改革的发展趋势、根源及其影响。

| Abstract: | Since 1980s,the labor market of the western countries has had some basic change. The general trend of the change is to carry labor market flexibility changing to rigid labor market originated from the Keynesian full employment policy and welfare state policy. The central issue of this article is to analyze the major trend?origin and influence of labor market flexibility. |
