合作经济所有制形式浅议

合作经济的性质,不仅取决于其内部的经济关系,还取决于它所依存的占统治地位的生产方式的性质,以及由这种生产方式决定的国家政权的性质。合作经济资产形成的方式、所有与占有关系、合作成员对资产的支配关系,均与其他经济形式有明显差异。从所有制形式看,我国目前的合作经济主要有四种:生产资料全部属劳动者个人所有的形式,生产资料个人所有与集体所有相结合的形式,合作社资产中含有外来股份的形式以及股份合作制形式。

Granovetter who is an American sociologist and other sociological scholars have thought the relation among people could be divided into strong connections and weak connections. Strong connections are often the links of the same groups, and weak connections are often the links of the different groups. According to the spread of information, strong ties are weak, but weak ties are strong. In the light of the trust of society, the clan trusts exit in strong connections, and the foundation of weak connection is impersonal trust of society. All these perspectives can be applied to explain well the building and development of the clan business. It should make use of strong connections at the time of its building, but it must hold tight weak connections fully on stage of its development.
