中医伪脓长肉治疗118例褥疮的疗效观察

目的评价中医伪脓长肉治疗褥疮的临床疗效。方法选择住在养老院中118例有褥疮的患者,共有162处褥疮,年龄为60～90岁,其中Ⅱ度66处,Ⅲ度72处,Ⅳ度24处,随机分为治疗组64例,其中Ⅱ度33处,Ⅲ度36处,Ⅳ度12处,对照组54例,其中Ⅱ度33处,Ⅲ度36处,Ⅳ度12处,30天一疗程,连续两疗程,两组同时使用抗生素治疗10天。结果治疗组总显效率76.56%,对照组总显效率51.86%,两组间总显效率比较差异有显著统计学意义（χ^2=7.89,P〈0.01）。结论采用伪脓长肉治疗褥疮较西医清创治疗疗效显著,应用伪脓长肉的治疗时间和换药次数明显小于清创换药,既减少了患者的痛苦,又减轻了患者的经济负担,同时也减轻了医务人员的工作量,值得临床推广应用。

Curative effect observation on patients with bedsore

Objective and Method To observe the efficacy of closed moist therapy on patients with bedsore. 118 case with 162 number of bedsore aged from 60 to 90.66 of which belonged to gade Ⅱ ,72 to gade Ⅲ and 24 to gade Ⅳ. For the treatment group including 54 patients with 33 cases belonging to gade Ⅱ ,36 to gade Ⅲ and 12 to gade Ⅳ. The control group were treated with cetirizine once a day.All the course of treates were 60 days. Result The effective rate for the treatment group and the control（X^2=7.89,P〈0.01）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect with the closed moist group was west hospital to within the exposed drying therapy group.Markely reduce the times of charying dressing and decrease the curing time. The therapy can allievate the pain and reduce the economic burden of the patients. And lessen the work load of the medical staff and can be widely used clinical.
