朝鲜半岛问题和台湾问题在性质上有着根本的区别,在起源、嬗变和含义上既有共同之处,又有不同特点。根据它们的实际情况,坚持自主和平统一和循序渐进应是解决两大问题的共同特点,当事国是否承诺放弃使用武力应是解决两大问题的重大区别,有所为与有所不为应是其他大国在解决两大问题中的不同定位。

There is an essential difference in sue and Taiwan Issue.On the aspects of origin, terms of nature between Korea Peninsula Is- evolution and implication,there are not only some similarities,bur also some differences.According to their current situations,adhering to independent and peaceful liberation and proceeding in an orderly and gradual way should be the common characteristics in resolving the two issues.Whether the country directly in- volved promises to renounce the use of force should be the significant difference in resolving the two issues.Doing some things and refraining from doing some things should be the dif- ferent attitude of other great powers to deal with the two issues.
