产业技术创新联盟中知识转移是促进联盟发展的重要动力。对产业技术创新联盟中知识转移各阶段的相关要素进行分析,结果显示:政府政策支持和市场机制是外部引导因素,知识转移输出方的知识创新能力、转移意愿、转移技能是基础因素,知识转移接受方的学习意愿、消化能力、应用效果是能动因素,政府部门、知识输出方、知识接受方和社会中介方的互动是提升知识转移效能的耦合因素。

Analysis of the knowledge transfer factors in industrial technology innovation alliance

Knowledge transfer in industrial technology innovation alliance is an important driving force to promote the development of the alliance. This paper conducts a systematic analysis of the relevant elements in various stages of the knowledge transfer and it finds: government policy support and market mechanism are the external objective factors; knowledge innovation capability, transfer willingness and transfer skill of the knowledge transferor are the fundamental factors; learning intention, digestive ability and application effect of the knowledge transfer receiver are the active factors; and the interaction among government departments, knowledge transferor, receiver and social intermediary is the coupling factor in enhancing the effectiveness of the knowledge transfer.
