| 摘 要： | 20世纪50年代以来,由于日益猖獗的毒品犯罪、走私犯罪等行为所获得的高额非法收入极易引起警方和税务官员的注意,犯罪分子为掩饰、隐瞒非法收入的来源和性质采用各种渠道和方式洗钱,从而使洗钱成为国际社会的一大公害。分析洗钱犯罪的特征、要件,探讨我国当前洗钱犯罪的具体表现及反洗钱犯罪存在的问题,从而提出我国当前的反洗钱对策,对充分认识洗钱的危害,乃至有效打击洗钱犯罪都是十分必要的。

| Abstract: | Since 1950's,because of increasing drug crimes,great amounts of illegal earnings by smuggling have drawn attention of police and tax officials.In order to cover and hide the sources and characters their illegal income,criminals adopt various channels and means to kauder their money,thus becoming a serious social effect to international society.The paper analyzes the features and important conditions of money=kaudering crimes,discusses the problems in this issue and put forwards some countermeasures to oppose money kaudering. |
