| 摘 要： | 文章从需要层次论等理论角度对于中国特定发展阶段和特定文化背景中的高等教育需求进行了剖析,认为目前我国高等教育需求有很大的柔性和衍生性,需要进行调控和引导。高教的快速扩招进一步刺激了高等教育需求膨胀,最终会造成教育过度和知识失业,进一步恶化就业形势,同时造成教育资源与人力资源的浪费,影响教育的平稳可持续发展。必须对于脱离经济发展需求的膨胀的高等教育需求进行正确引导与调控。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the demand of higher education in the background of China's specific culture from the respective of the need hierarchy. It is concluded that the demand is derivative and flexible and could be directed and controlled. The fast expansion in the scale of higher education would stimulate the inflation of the demand, resulting in over-education and unemployment of knowledge and high pressure on the labor market, infracting the rule of continuous development. |
