两汉社会保障制度初探

我国汉代基本上已经形成了大体完整的社会保障体系,包括社会优抚、社会福利和社会救济三个方面的内容,是我国传统社会保障制度的一个典型代表。与现代社会保障制度相比,汉代社会保障制度还相当粗放,具有保障水平低、只起辅助作用以及等级化、人治化等时代特点。

A Tentative Study on the Social Security System of Han Dynasty

The basically integrated social security system has already been set up in the Han Dynasty of China,which includes social preference and compensation,social welfare and social relief systems.It is the typical model of traditional social security system in China.Compared with modern social security system,the security system in Han Dynasty is more extensive,having low guarantee,being secondary to the function of family security system,being carried out under the social estate system and basically depending on the mercy of an emperor or official.
