| 摘 要： | 美国高校在研究生教育的培养目标、研究生院的职责与角色、办学形式与学分标准、培养过程的考核与监控机制、课程设置与学科建设、导师遴选及其在研究生培养中的角色、招生与就业指导,以及美国少数族裔接受研究生教育的现状等方面形成了独具特色的办学经验,对我国研究生教育的改革与发展有着积极的参考价值,为我国研究生教育的改革与发展提供了借鉴。

| Abstract: | Education to postgraduate in the United States has achieved the experience with unique character in the aim,the role and reponsibility,the form and standard of scoring,evaluation and monitoring system,course design and subject construction,the choosing and the role of tutors,recruiting and guiding job hunting as well as the present situation of education to the minority students.Seeing about the education to the postgraduate in the United States will be benefit to the reform and development of postgraduate education in China. |
