浅谈我国农村剩余劳动力的就业问题

我国农村剩余劳动力大规模地向城市非农产业转移 ,对经济结构调整中的城镇下岗、失业人员的再就业产生了“挤出效应”,成为导致当前我国就业压力严重的重要因素之一。所以说 ,加快以扩大就业为前提的城市化进程是解决我国农村剩余劳动力就业的重要途径。为此 ,应主要采取以下几个方面措施 ;尽快打破城乡分割的户籍制度 ,放宽农民就业限制 ;适当加快吸纳劳动人口较多的中等城市的发展 ;大力发展以服务业为主的劳动密集型产业和中小企业 ,努力增加就业岗位

Employment Issues of Rural Surplus Labor Force in China

Rural surplus labor force has transformed to urban non agricultural industries.which conducts one of the main factors resulting in the difficulties of employment.The article considers that measures should be taken such as breaking up the system of registered permanent residence which dismembers cities and countries,broadening ways of peasants' employment,expediting the development of middle scale cities properly that could absorb more labor force,developing dense work and middle and small scale corporations which take service industries as the main object,and trying hard to provide employment.
