| 摘 要： | 劳动力调查(LFS)是一项重要的国情国力调查,为政府及时了解和掌握我国劳动力的就业和失业情况,研究制订劳动就业政策,加强宏观调控提供依据.许多发达国家劳动力调查开展的较早,有关抽样设计和调查估计问题的研究都较为成熟.我国劳动力独立调查起步较晚,一些相关问题的研究还没开始.文章通过对国内外劳动力调查研究现状进行分析总结,对我国劳动力调查方案的设计给出一些可行性建议.

| Abstract: | Labour force survey,an important survey for government,supports Nation's employment policy and provides evidence for macroscopical control of Nation's economy by offering information on employment and unemployment.Lots of result of LFS have been abtained in many developed countries.Related research lacks in our country.This paper will compares and analyzes current labour force survey of various countries and give some feasibility suggestions for our country. |
