| 摘 要： | 民族高等院校要在新的战略机遇发展时期,把发展作为第一要务来抓,树立和落实科学的发展观,要从合理定位与科学规划、扩大规模与提高质量、学科建设与队伍建设等五个方面入手,统筹、协调地做好工作,加强学校的综合办学实力,从而推进民族院校全面协调地发展,使民族院校在今后市场经济的发展中具有较强的竞争能力。

| Abstract: | Facing the opportunity of strategic development, nationalities universities should set development as their key task, strengthen their comprehensive abilities of schooling in terms of establishment and implementation of scientific development ideas, rational redefinition and scientific plan, degree of expansion and promotion of quality, discipline and team construction. Thus these universities can promote comprehensive and harmonious development, and improve their competition in market economy. |
