| 摘 要： | 采用系统论的观点，分析了建筑产品全生命周期中的各个事业及其组合原则，在此基础上，提出了事业组合的几种模式，并重点分析了开发型、代理型和经营型事业组合模式，以期为我国建筑业的事业组合和开展工程总承包的模式创新提供分析思路与理论支持。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the businesses in the lifecycle of building and the business integration principle by means of the system theory. On this basis, it puts forward several modes of business integration, among which the developing, agent and operating modes of business integration are analyzed as a focus. The analysis and conclusions are expected to offer theoretical support and analysis approach for the innovation in mode of business integration and general contracting in domestic construction industry. |
