| Abstract: | The expansion of international intervention is an important phenomenon in the world in recent years. By international law, the paper takes the cases of the international intervention acted with the ＂ New Interventionism＂ flaunting the banner of ＂ human rights prior to sovereignty＂ and in the name of ＂ antiterrorism＂, demonstrates that, these international interventions are illegal acts with the lack of international legality bases. |
