| 摘 要： | 城市设计导则是城市设计理论中最有价值的核心内容,深化对城市设计导则的认识对城市规划建设具有重要的意义.文章总结和概括了城市设计导则的发展及其在国内外的实践,深入探讨了城市设计导则的价值基础和基本功能,从而在理论上丰富了城市设计导则的内容,为合理制定城市设计导则及其实际应用提供了科学依据.

| Abstract: | Urban Design Guidelines is the most valuable core content in the urban design theory.To deepen the recognition of urban design guidelines is very important to the urban design and construction.This paper has enhanced the urban design guidelines through the summarization of the development on the Urban Design Guidelines both at home and abroad.It also thoroughly explores the value principle and fundamental function of the Urban Design Guidelines.It provides the scientific foundation for the realistic urban design guidelines and the actual usages. |
