| 摘 要： | 本文首先简要介绍了激励机制设计理论,然后从管理角度出发,对存在道德危害的委托一代理模型中的多重激励问题进行了研究,将对代理人的激励内容由货币工资扩展到非货币工资以外的方面,在新的假设下对存在道德危害的长托一代理模型进行了探讨,得出了有新意的结论．
