自然、经济和社会协同共进的新模式及其可持续战略——南京市江宁区社会生态调查

中国共产党十六届四中全会提出了建立和谐社会的奋斗目标,如何构建和谐社会成为一个新的时代课题。南京市江宁区在大开发进程中,从规划入手,坚持用现代生态思维、可持续发展等观念指导经济和社会发展,初步形成了一个经济发展、生态优美和社会进化的协同共进的新模式。基于对江宁区社会、经济和生态问题的调查研究,笔者认为应用全球化定位战略、生态优化和效率超越战略、科教先行、自律民主等思想来指导江宁新模式的可持续发展和社会的和谐进步。

A New Cooperative Development Mode of Nature, Economy and Society and Its Sustainable Development Strategies: A Case Study on Social Ecology in Jiangning District

At the 4th Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of Chinese Communist Party, the establishment of a harmonious society was put forward as a striving goal, which has become a great project in the new era. In the development of Jiangning District, the thought of modern ecology and sustainable development has been employed to direct the development course. A new development mode has been formed in which the economy, the ecology and the society has developed harmoniously. Based on the case study, the paper points out that the sustainable development practice of Jiangning District should be under the guidance of such thoughts as global-positioning, ecological optimizing, (efficiency) promoting; it calls for science and education as the initial force; the thought of self-(discipline) and democracy should also be abided by.
