摘    要:本文用Pekar型变分法研究了抛物线型量子阱中的强耦合磁极化子,给出了垂直于磁场方向的极化子的有效质量的新的定义,并作为在磁场不存在时有效质量的自然推广,平行和垂直于磁场方向的有效质量和基态能量被写作磁场强度和三维量子阱维数的函数.

Abstract:The Article studies the problem of strong-coupled magnetopolaron in a parabolic quantum-well-type structure within a variational scheme of the pekar type. A new definition of the effective mass of the polaron perpendicular to the magnetic field is given as a natural extension of the effective mass in the absence of the magnetic field. The effective masses parallel and perpendicular to the magnetic field as well as the ground-state energy are calculated as a function of the magnetic field strength and the degree of confinement in a three-dimensional quantum well.
