| 摘 要： | 据现有史料记载,最迟在西汉时已有了人日。到了两晋南北朝,人日已经发展成为一个很重要的节日,节日习俗也逐渐形成。这些习俗包括剪彩胜,食菜羹、煎饼、红豆,登高宴饮等。人日是专为人而设的节日,人日的各种习俗都体现了对人的重视及美好祝愿。

| Abstract: | According to existing historical data record,in late Western Han Dynasty the human date formed.Unfill the two Jin and Southern and Northern Dynasties,the human date has already developed into for a very important holiday,the holiday custom also gradually formed.These customs included cutting the "caisheng",eating the vegetable soup,the fried cake,the red bean,the climb up feasts and so on.The human date was the holiday which the special manner supposed,all kinds of customs of human date manifested regarding human's value,regarding human's best wish. |
