The financial globalisation influences greatly the world economy and finance as well as the international relationship, the latter of which is featured by the increasing of the financial hegemonical position of the U.S.A; the weakening of the international financial position of the backward countries; the shaking up of the stability of economic unities in the world economy and finance development and the further enlarging of the serious differences between the Southern and Northern Countries.
