广州“十五”经济发展若干问题的思考

Reflection on Some Problems about Guangzhou's Economic Development during the Period of the Tenth Five-Year Plan

During the period of the Tenth Five-Year Plan(2001 - 2005), the important task of Guangzhou' a economic construction is to pay special attention to the adjusting of industrial structure and optimization upgrading, to devote major efforts to developing modern service industry, to speed up national economy and social informationalization, to push on the construction of urbanization and further develop the open economy. The attainment of the above goals will help promote Guangzhou' s economic development and keep it growing with great speed, will help enhance Guangzhou' s comprehensive economic strength and quicken the pace to build Guangzhou into a modem central city.
