| 摘 要： | 高等教育加入WTO,对高校党建工作的影响主要表现在党组织地位和作用、党建理论研究和党务干部队伍建设等方面.新时期党建工作有新内容、新要求,应从思想政治建设入手,在组织上具体地说在体制和机制上保证党对高校的领导落在实处,才能使高校党组织在活力和实效上适应"入世"的新形势、新要求.

| Abstract: | China's entry into WTO has a great impact on the work of Party building in institutions of higher learning, particularly, on the position and role of the Communist Party, its theoretical research and the recruitment of Party leaders and members. In the New Era, the work of Party building should be focused on the ideological building, reforming the system and mechanism so as to better implement the policies of the Party and adapt to the new situation after China's entry into WTO. |
