| 摘 要： | 通过对广东省高职院校图书馆开展读者培训服务的现状进行调研,分析其存在的问题,并提出创新读者培训服务的运作模式、培训内容、宣传推广手法等方面的对策措施,推广先进经验,提高读者培训的读者参与度,使读者培训能真正发挥提高图书馆资源利用率的作用。
