| Abstract: | At present, home service industry is in urgent need of domestic administrative education and personnel training. It meets the practical need to set up relevant majors to train home helpers in universities. However, in training such personnel, it is essential to do the following： definite the goal of personnel＇training; optimize housekeeping curriculum system; strengthen the practice teaching base construction; train professional teachers; develop international exchanges and cooperation. |
