| 摘 要： | 对于高职学报而言,企业专家资源是一种潜在的社会人力资源,它对高职学报摆脱过去单一的"窗口"功能办刊模式,突出高职学报的学术性和职业性并举的办刊特色具有重要的支撑作用。文章就编辑实践中如何有效利用和开发企业专家资源进行分析和讨论。

This paper analyzes and discusses how to make good use of the expert resources in enterprises and also how to develop it. |
