| Abstract: | After analysing and researching the commission-deputizing relationships on the management of the assets in state-owned enterprises, the author in this paper brings forth a new objective model of the commissiontdeputizing mantagement of the assets. Under the condition of binding the deputy's arbitrage, in the author s opinion, the state-owned enterprises can have. long-term and steady development through setting up a risk-actuating mechanism supervised by the deputy. |
