| 摘 要： | 企业组织的执行力日益受到管理者和管理方法研究者的重视.本文采用系统的研究方法,从组织系统角度研究企业组织执行力.一种角度是从系统负效应的产生原因分析,另一种是把组织进行系统分类后进一步分析,从而从更深层次理解企业执行力状况,进而提高企业的竞争力.

| Abstract: | More and more administrators and researchers pay attention to the study of the enterprise organization executive ability.This article analyzes the organization executive ability from the angle of the organizational systematism.One direct is to analyze it from the reason of the producing of negative effect;another direct is to analyze it further after classifying the organization into different kinds.Then we can comprehend the performance of the enterprise execution,and improve the competition ability. |
