| 摘 要： | 社会管理创新是一个复杂而艰巨的长期过程,在建设美丽中国的当下,创新农村社会管理就成了各项管理工作中一件刻不容缓的事情.通过论述新时期农村新变化带来的社会管理新问题以及当前农村社会管理体制存在的突出问题,提出了加强和完善农村社会管理创新、构建农村新型社会管理体系的新途径.

| Abstract: | The innovation of social management is a complex and difficult long - term process, and the inno- vation of the rural social management becomes an immediate attention in the construction of China. This paper dis- cusses the new problems and the existing prominent problems in rural social management and proposes new ways to strengthen and improve the rural social management innovation and construction of new social management system in rural areas. |
