| 摘 要： | 交易成本范式为研究组织的绩效及其行为提供了一个很好的视角.信息成本、运营成本和风险管理成本是与我国农村金融组织密切相关的交易成本,在分析了这三类交易成本及其影响因素的基础上,构建了一个评价农村金融组织绩效的交易成本模型,借助模型对各种不同类型的金融组织绩效进行评价比较,为我国现阶段构建多层次组织体系作为农村金融改革的主方向,以小型金融组织的发展作为改革的突破口提供了理论依据.
