| Abstract: | The present essay, based on analysis of Xinjiang's female talents gathered in work units, enunciates the restrictive function and adverse effect imposed by official authoritative structure, unofficial power structure and general social concept on the efficient display of female talents and formation of healthy character and suggests the prospect of transformation between would-be social female talents and work surrounding. |
