| 摘 要： | 在河南省城镇化进程中,一定要按照中央提出的原则和要求,深化行政管理体制改革。要合理划分与组合行政管理权力(完善行政管理组织机构的设置(合理配置政府的行政管理职能(建立和完善各项行政管理制度(健全行政管理的运行机制(以保证和适应城镇化进程和发展的需要,为城镇化建设提供可靠的制度保障。

| Abstract: | While deepening the reform of administrative system in the process of Henan urbanization,we must follow the rules and principles of the Party Central Committee,distribute and combine the administrative power reasonably,better the layout of administrative department and adequately collocate the administrative function.What's more,all kinds of administrative system and rules must be set up or improved and the administrative operating system must be perfected so as to meet the needs of the development of urbanization. |
