| 摘 要： | 绿色壁垒作为贸易保护主义的一种非关税壁垒形式,被发达国家甚至一些发展中国家采用。近年来,我国出口农产品频频发生被进口国绿色壁垒所阻事件,极大地影响了我国的出口贸易,特别是农产品的出口。本文分析了绿色贸易对我国农产品出口的影响,提出了应对绿色贸易壁垒的措施和建议。笔者认为,把发展无公害生态农业作为跨越绿色壁垒的切入点,是摆脱目前农产品出口困境的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Green barriers,a non-tariff form of trade protectionism,is used by developed or even developing countries.These years,green barriers are frequently reported to have blocked the export of China's farm products.This article analyzes the influence of green trade on the export of China's farm products,and gives suggestions on how to respond to green trade barriers.It's proposed that to vigorously develop environmentally-friendly green agriculture is the only effective approach. |
