私营企业中的伦理建设

改革开放以来,我国的私营企业取得了令人瞩目的成就,为我国国民经济的发展做出了巨大的贡献,但私营企业伦理观念的扭曲成为私营企业发展的"瓶颈"。通过对目前私营企业伦理现状的剖析,阐明了私营企业伦理建设的重要性:帮助企业打造信誉;有助于企业减少内耗、降低管理成本;有助于企业吸引优秀人才。提出了私营企业伦理建设的策略:吸收中国传统伦理思想精华,建立以诚信为原则的经营伦理;以人为本,注重管理伦理建设、责任伦理建设;同时建立私营企业间的企业伦理联合。

Ethic Construction in Private Enterprises

Since the reform and opening up,private enterprises in China have achieved remarkable success and contributed greatly to China's national economy.However,the distortion of ethic culture in the private enterprises has become the bottle-neck in their development.Through studying the current situation of the private enterprises in China,this paper not only illustrates the importance but puts forward the strategy of ethic construction in private enterprises.On the one hand,ethic construction is beneficial forthe enterprises to establish reputation,decrease the management cost and bring in talents.On the other hand,enterprises should absorb the essence of Chinese traditional ethics idea to establish the management ethics based on credit with people foremost,pay attention to ruction construction of management ethics and responsibility ethics,and simultaneously,set up the ethic combination between private enterprises.
