| 摘 要： | “九五”以来陕西旅游开发持续快速发展 ,在带来创汇增收的直接效益和带动关联产业发展的同时 ,也使旅游风景区产生环境污染和资源破坏等一系列问题。陕西旅游业与生态环境要协调发展 ,必须制定旅游环境保护的法律扩法规 ,遵循资源可持续利用和开发与保护兼顾的原则 ,根据各旅游区的不同条件制定相应的保护措施。

| Abstract: | Since the ninth "Five Year Plan",Shaanxi tourism has developed continuously. It increased the tourism income and promoted the related industries. At the same time, It also made the tourist scenic spots to produce a series of the negative influence over environment and tourist resource. Based on the above, the paper put forward the law bases, principle and the counterm easures measures concerning Shaanxi tourism and its ecological environmental protection. |
