基于异化理论的大学生网络成瘾原因及预防模式探析

网络成瘾是一种异化现象，它导致大学生人格封闭、迷失、分裂，价值观模糊，甚至出现对生命的践踏。异化理论为我们解决网络成瘾提供了学理支撑和对策依据。网络成瘾的根本原因是不和谐的现实社会，主要原因是人自身的弱点，直接原因是网络易获得快感和满足。基于此，可从教育、疏导、监控、制度四个维度构建一个较为完整的、操作性强的高校“四维一体”大学生网络成瘾预防模式。

Analysis of College Students’Internet Addiction Causes and Prevention Model Based on the Theory of Alienation

Internet addiction is a kind of alienation phenomenon;it leads to students having closed,lost,split personality, fuzzy values,and even the life of trampling.Alienation theory provides theoretical support and policy basis for us to solve the internet addiction.The root cause of internet addiction is not a harmonious society.The main reason is human weak-ness.The direct cause is the internet to obtain pleasure and satisfaction.Based on this,the paper proposes a complete, practical college students’network addiction prevention model from education,grooming,monitoring,and system.
