困境与超越:基层党组织建设的制约与创新

提高新形势下基层党组织建设的成效,要用系统和整体思维,立足于基层党组织经济政治及社会生态发生的结构性变化和转型期制约基层党组织建设的体制和机制安排,着眼于基层党组织的科学定位、功能转换和自身民主建设。课题组从理论和实践结合的角度,从五个方面就当前和今后一个时期基层党建特别是村级党组织和企业党组织建设的制约因素和出路创新,提出一些探索性的思考。

Difficult Situation and Overstep: the Restrict and Innovation in the Construction of Basic Party Organization

The construction effect of basic party organization is not obviously has close relationship with the structural change in economy and political socialization in present basic party organization,has close relationship with system arrangement of the basic party organization in shift period and has close relationship with the itself blindness and formal construction.To breaking the difficulties of the basic party organization should has systematic idea and the concept of viewing the situation as a whole,and should find reasons from deep level.Combing the theory and practical,this research group puts forward some researching thinking from five sections that about the present and future factors and ways in basic party organization,especially the basic party organization in villages and enterprises.
