摘    要:报刊发行经营中信息不对称的产生既有客观上的原因。又有主观方面的原因。这些信息不对称导致报刊发行市场价格调节机制失效,产生逆向选择问题;激励报刊社虚报发行量,破坏报刊广告市场资源的效率配置;导致读者和广告客户的消费者剩余损失;加速地区性报刊市场垄断趋势,造成社会剩余的无谓损失等诸多危害。

Abstract:The causes of information asymmetry appearing come from not only the objective aspect but subjective aspect in the issue management of newspapers and periodicals. The asymmetry of information brings a lot of harm which invalidates the price regulating mechanism, breaks the allocation inefficiency of resource, decreases the consumer surplus and boosts the market monopolization that causes the extra loss of social surplus etc.
